He was also co-founder and managing partner of BT Tax S.\u00e0 r.l. in Luxembourg and BT Tax GmbH in Germany. In his former position as Manager in the tax department of RBC Dexia Investor Services Bank S.A. in Luxembourg, Van Cuong Trinh was responsible for all tax issues related to investment funds (in particular with regard to German investment tax law as well as international tax law such as Swiss investment fund tax law) in close cooperation with the fund accounting and client management team as well as external tax representatives and auditors in particular for Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the U.K. He was also in charge of the implementation of a new tax calculation tool for the computation of tax figures for Germany and Switzerland.<\/p>\n
